Pondgirl & I took our second city trip in 3 1/2 years. This time we went to Valencia for 2 nights. We stayed in a central hotel and could easily walk up into the old quarter, where we did most of our sight seeing. PG like the bling bag. I liked the road sign. We both loved the area

In some alleys there was good graffiti work, then you would turn the corner and peer in and up to a ceiling supported by hundreds of the thinnest pillars.

The entrance to one merchant house is a stunning work of marble. The covered food market is more to my taste. I could spend a long time shopping in a place like that
